Depending on what the group decides, meetings might be every week or every month, there might be regular day-trips or activities, or it may be a chance to grab a cuppa with some new friends and have a chat – it’s really up to you! Working with nef consulting, the social enterprise arm of nef (new economics foundation), we have developed a framework for measuring our impact and applied this to our network of local Gingerbread groups.

We know that the majority of young people that come to mental health services do not need long periods of support and in fact many say they find the advice they were given was the most helpful.

So we’ve gone ahead and popped it all online for you to access, without having to be referred or come in to our services.
